I am trained in perinatal nutrition and perinatal mental health certified. I would love to help you walk through your motherhood journey. We will learn about how to uncover and examine and sort the core beliefs that drive our thought and behaviors. We will learn to think about what we are thinking about, and how to live in a less reactive way. You will learn tools to use to battle the stresses of life. We will also dive into your nutritional and lifestyle habits, making adjustments as we strive for optimal health. Also, on our journey, we will develop some hormone and cycle intelligence.
