Easiest Bone Broth Recipe

Bone Broth is one of the most nourishing things a person can consume if it is made properly.


The good news is that it is super easy to make.


This recipe is part of my weekend routine. I normally cook it on Sunday.



From this recipe I get...

  • a half gallon of bone broth that I use for sipping and soups through the week

  • a mason jar of cooked chicken livers for smoothies (yes that's right, smoothies) - check out this post

  • and enough chicken to shred for enchiladas and salads.


You will need an instapot for this recipe (or you could do it in a crock pot).

I pressure cook for 2.5 hours in the instapot or all day in the croc.
