Easiest Bone Broth Recipe
Bone Broth is one of the most nourishing things a person can consume if it is made properly.
The good news is that it is super easy to make.
This recipe is part of my weekend routine. I normally cook it on Sunday.
From this recipe I get...
a half gallon of bone broth that I use for sipping and soups through the week
a mason jar of cooked chicken livers for smoothies (yes that's right, smoothies) - check out this post
and enough chicken to shred for enchiladas and salads.
You will need an instapot for this recipe (or you could do it in a crock pot).
I pressure cook for 2.5 hours in the instapot or all day in the croc.
Easy Bone Broth

1 Whole Organic Chicken ( I use two because we are a family of 7 and I need more shredded chicken)
1 pack of chicken livers - I like these from Whole Foods
4 celery stalks
1 yellow onion
Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tablespoons (Helps break down the collagen)
Good Filtered Water - We use a Berkey - This is super important - Listen to this podcast about environmental toxins
Good Salt - I like this brand
