Perfect Paleo Friendly Postpartum Snacks

We are grain, dairy, and sugar free in our home. Here are some of the snacks I would choose for postpartum.
Paleo Friendly Snacks
Premade Smoothies - I normally make my own smoothies with fresh, whole ingredients; but during the first couple weeks after baby, I love to have some premade ones in the fridge.
Cut Veggies and Hummus Dip - You can't have enough pre-cut veggies laying around. It is hard to get all of your veggies in during the first couple of weeks.
Pre-made salads in a container - same idea. Have someone prepare a salad for you and have it ready for grab and go.
Pork Rinds - This is my snack alternative. Pork rinds may not seem like a healthy choice, but when cooked in the right oil and the right spices (no artificial color), they are a better choice than potato chips or popcorn.
Bone Broth - a must-have as your body heals. Here is the brand I like. Or Make Your Own
Chicken Nuggets - Nothing says comfort food like chicken nuggets - Here is the brand I like. (With this ketchup)
Quick Lunches - These quick meals are a great healthy alternative for a quick warm lunch.
Lemons (for water) - so important for detox and also to help change the flavor of the gallons of water you need to consume.
